Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5508

Amr bin Dinar narrates: I saw Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) perform seven circuits of tawaf after Asr, then pray two rak'ahs. Then he said: It is disliked (to pray) at the time of sunrise, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the sun rises between the two horns of Satan."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators have been declared reliable.
