Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5458

Sayyidah Aishah al-Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever fasts the days during Hajj, not finding a sacrificial animal, when he has performed Hajj al-Tamattu': this is from when one of you enters ihram until the Day of Arafah; that day will be the last of them."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains a narrator, Hamzah bin Waqid; I have not found anyone who has given his biography.
