Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5435

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Hilal al-Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him), who was a Companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), narrates: "After us, no one has the right to enter ihram for Hajj and then annul his ihram by means of an Umrah."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and al-Bazzar also recorded it; however, he said: From Abdullah bin Abd al-Muzani
this report is transmitted. The chain of this report contains a narrator, Kathir bin Abdullah al-Muzani, who is matruk (abandoned).
