Majma al-Zawaid 5382 — When does the pilgrim stop the talbiyah?

Hilal bin Yasar narrates: I performed Hajj with Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), and I saw that he stopped reciting the talbiyah when he was coming down from the mountain pass, as he saw the houses of Makkah.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its chain is hasan (good).
