Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5328

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Sayyidah Duba'ah bint al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with her) intended to perform Hajj, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: "Perform Hajj (that is, enter ihram), and say: 'Wherever You hold me back, there I will come out of ihram.'"
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains Ali bin Asim, who has been criticised because of his poor memory, his persistence in error and his contempt for the scholars.
