بَابٌ فِيمَنْ أَحْرَمَ قَبْلَ الْمِيقَاتِ .

وَعَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ أَحْرَمَ مِنَ الْبَصْرَةِ فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ عَلَى عُمَرَ - وَكَانَ قَدْ بَلَغَهُ ذَلِكَ - أَغْلَظَ لَهُ وَقَالَ : يَتَحَدَّثُ النَّاسُ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحْرَمَ مِنْ مِصْرٍ مِنَ الْأَمْصَارِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ إِلَّا أَنَّ الْحَسَنَ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنْ عُمَرَ .

Al-Hasan al-Basri narrates: Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) entered ihram from Basrah. When he came to Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), news of this had already reached Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), so Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) expressed his displeasure with him and said: "People will talk about how a man from among the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered ihram from one of the cities."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except that the narrator al-Hasan did not hear from Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him).
