Sayyiduna al-Harith bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was at Mina, or perhaps at Arafat. He appointed Yalamlam as the miqat for the people of Yemen, from which they would enter ihram.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir as part of a long hadith, which will come later in the chapter on the sermons of Hajj, if Allah wills; and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
