Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5286

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for permission to perform Umrah. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave him permission, and he said: "O my brother, remember us too in your righteous supplications, and do not forget us."
Ahmad and Abu Ya'la recorded it. Its chain contains Asim bin Ubaydullah bin Asim, who has been heavily criticised because of his heedlessness, though he has been declared trustworthy.
