وَعَنْ أُمِّ الْحَارِثِ بِنْتِ عَيَّاشٍ قَالَتْ : رَأَيْتُ بُدَيْلَ بْنَ وَرْقَاءَ عَلَى جَمَلٍ يَتْبَعُ النَّاسَ فَيُنَادِي : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَنْ لَا تَصُومُوا هَذِهِ الْأَيَّامَ ; فَإِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ ضِرَارُ بْنُ صُرَدٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyidah Umm al-Harith bint Ayyash (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I saw Sayyiduna Budayl bin Warqa' (may Allah be pleased with him) on a camel, going among the people and announcing: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commands you not to fast on these days, for they are days of eating and drinking.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains a narrator, Dirar bin Surad, who is da'if (weak).
