Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a herald, who announced: "Do not fast on these days, for they are days of eating, drinking and bi'al." (The narrator says:) Bi'al means intimacy with women.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir.
