بَابُ مَا نُهِيَ عَنْ صِيَامِهِ مِنْ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ وَغَيْرِهَا .

وَعَنْ حُبَيْبَةَ بِنْتِ شَرِيقٍ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ مَعَ أَبِيهَا ، فَإِذَا بُدَيْلُ بْنُ وَرْقَاءَ عَلَى الْعَضْبَاءِ - رَاحِلَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يُرَحِّلُهَا فَنَادَى : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ كَانَ صَائِمًا فَلْيُفْطِرْ ; فَإِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : إِنَّهَا كَانَتْ مَعَ أُمِّهَا الْعَجْمَاءِ . وَفِي إِسْنَادِ أَحْمَدَ رَجُلٌ لَمْ يُسَمَّ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ : إِنَّهَا كَانَتْ مَعَ أُمِّهَا الْعَجْمَاءِ . وَفِي إِسْنَادِ أَحْمَدَ رَجُلٌ لَمْ يُسَمَّ .
Hubaybah bint Shariq narrates that she was with her father, and Budayl bin Warqa' was upon al-Adba', the she-camel of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), saddling it. He called out: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) has said: "Whoever is fasting should break his fast, for these are days of eating and drinking."
Imam Ahmad recorded it, and Imam al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, though he recorded these words: "She was with her mother, al-Ajma'." In Imam Ahmad's chain there is a narrator who is not named.
