Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5207

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever fasts on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and then gives charity on Friday, whether little or much, every sin he has committed is forgiven, until with regard to sins he becomes like the day his mother gave birth to him."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains Muhammad bin Qays al-Madani Abu Hazim, and I have not found anyone who has given his biography.
