Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 5195

It is reported about Sayyiduna Wathilah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he used to fast on Mondays and Thursdays. He used to say: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to keep these fasts and would say: "On these days deeds are presented before Allah Almighty."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains Muhammad bin Abd al-Rahman al-Qushayri, and he is matruk (abandoned).
