عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ غُرَفًا يُرَى ظَاهِرُهَا مِنْ بَاطِنِهَا ، وَبَاطِنُهَا مِنْ ظَاهِرِهَا ، أَعَدَّهَا اللَّهُ لِمَنْ أَطْعَمَ الطَّعَامَ ، وَأَلَانَ الْكَلَامَ ، وَتَابَعَ الصِّيَامَ ، وَصَلَّى وَالنَّاسُ نِيَامٌ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ ، وَلِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ طُرُقٌ تُذْكَرُ فِي مَوَاضِعِهَا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ .

Sayyiduna Abu Malik al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, in Paradise there are upper chambers whose outside can be seen from the inside and whose inside can be seen from the outside. Allah Almighty has prepared them for the one who feeds others, speaks gently, fasts continually, and offers voluntary prayer when people are asleep."
Imam Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy). This hadith has various routes which will be mentioned in their proper places, if Allah wills.
