وَعَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْتَمِسُوهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الْأَوَاخِرِ وِتْرًا " .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُ أَبِي يَعْلَى ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seek it (that is, Laylat al-Qadr) in the odd nights of the last ten."
