وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " خَرَجْتُ حِينَ بَزَغَ الْقَمَرُ كَأَنَّهُ فِلْقُ جَفْنَةٍ " . فَقَالَ : " اللَّيْلَةُ لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ " .
رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ مِنْ زِيَادَاتِهِ وَأَبُو يَعْلَى كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ ، وَفِيهِ خَدِيجُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ وَثَّقَهُ أَحْمَدُ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ .
رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ مِنْ زِيَادَاتِهِ وَأَبُو يَعْلَى كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ ، وَفِيهِ خَدِيجُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ وَثَّقَهُ أَحْمَدُ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I went out when the moon rose, and it was like a piece of a bowl." He said: "Tonight is Laylat al-Qadr."
Abdullah bin Ahmad recorded it in his additions (Ziyadat), and Abu Ya'la recorded it, as has passed earlier. Its chain contains a narrator, Khudayj bin Mu'awiyah, whom Ahmad and others declared thiqah (trustworthy), and he has also been criticised.
