بَابٌ فِيمَنْ لَمْ يَخْرِقْ صَوْمَهُ .

عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا لَمْ يَخْرِقْهُ كُتِبَ لَهُ عَشْرُ حَسَنَاتٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ أَبُو جَنَابٍ ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ ; وَلَكِنَّهُ مُدَلِّسٌ .

Sayyiduna al-Bara' bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever fasts a day and does not tear it, ten good deeds are recorded for him."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Abu Janab; he is thiqah (trustworthy), but he is a mudallis (one who conceals defects in the chain).
