Majma al-Zawaid 5002 — The permissibility of cupping while fasting

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had himself cupped while fasting and gave the cupper his wage. Had it been unlawful, he would not have given it to him.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir. Its chain contains a narrator, Salm bin Salim, and he is da'if (weak).
