Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 4968

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked: May a fasting person kiss? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: What harm is there in it? It is a fragrant flower that he has smelt.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat.
