Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 4960

It is reported about Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) that he used to forbid the fasting person from kissing, and he would say: None of you has the protection that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains Zayd bin Hibban al-Raqqi, whom Ibn Hibban and others declared thiqah (trustworthy), though he has been criticised.
