وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى يُحِبُّ أَنْ تُؤْتَى رُخَصُهُ كَمَا يُحِبُّ أَنْ تُؤْتَى عَزَائِمُهُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُ الْبَزَّارِ ثِقَاتٌ ، وَكَذَلِكَ رِجَالُ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah Almighty loves that His concessions be acted upon, just as He loves that His firm commands ('aza'im) be acted upon."
Al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Bazzar recorded it. The narrators of al-Bazzar are thiqat (trustworthy), and the narrators of al-Tabarani are also thiqat.
