وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَنْهَى عَنِ الْوِصَالِ [ فِي الصِّيَامِ ] ، وَيَأْمُرُ بِتَبْكِيرِ الْإِفْطَارِ وَتَأْخِيرِ السَّحُورِ .
رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى ، وَفِيهِ الطَّيِّبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to forbid continuous fasting (wisal) in fasting, and he used to order hastening to break the fast and delaying the pre-dawn meal (suhur).
