وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَسِيرُ الْفِقْهِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ كَثِيرِ الْعِبَادَةِ ، وَخَيْرُ أَعْمَالِكُمْ أَيْسَرُهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ خَارِجَةُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ جِدًّا .

Sayyiduna Abd al-Rahman bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A little understanding (that is, knowledge) (of the rulings of the religion) is better than much worship, and the best of your deeds is the easiest of them."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Kharijah bin Mus'ab, who is extremely da'if (weak).
