Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 4761

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A woman should not give charity from her husband's house without his permission."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Rishdin bin Kurayb, whom Imam Ahmad and a group declared "da'if (weak)". Ibn Adi says: He is one of those whose hadith are written down despite their weakness.
