عَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا يُخْرِجُ رَجُلٌ شَيْئًا مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ حَتَّى يَفُكَّ عَنْهُ لَحْيَيْ سَبْعِينَ شَيْطَانًا " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَالْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Buraydah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whatever a man brings out as charity, he does not bring it out until he has wrested it from the jaws of 70 devils."
Ahmad, al-Bazzar, and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
