بَابُ الْحَثِّ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ بِقَوْلِهِ : " اتَّقُوا النَّارَ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ " وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ .

وَعَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " اتَّقُوا النَّارَ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ أَيُّوبُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ كَثِيرٌ ، وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ عَدِيٍّ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ أَيُّوبُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ ، وَفِيهِ كَلَامٌ كَثِيرٌ ، وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ عَدِيٍّ .
Sayyiduna al-Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Protect yourselves from Hell, even if by means of half a date."
Al-Bazzar and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Ayyub bin Jabir, concerning whom there is a great deal of criticism. Ibn Adi declared him thiqah (trustworthy).
