عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَفَعَتْهُ : " أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ جِدَادِ النَّخْلِ بِاللَّيْلِ " .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ عَنْبَسَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَقَدْ وُثِّقَ .

Sayyidah Aishah al-Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) reports this as a marfu' hadith: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade picking dates at night.
Al-Bazzar recorded it. Its chain contains Anbasah bin Sa'id al-Basri; he is da'if (weak), and he has also been declared trustworthy.
