وَعَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ حَيْدَةَ الْقُشَيْرِيِّ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " فِي كُلِّ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ سَائِمَةٍ صَدَقَةٌ " .
قُلْتُ : لَهُ حَدِيثٌ رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ غَيْرُ هَذَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ مُوَثَّقُونَ غَيْرَ شَيْخِ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ سَامٍ فَإِنِّي لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ .
قُلْتُ : لَهُ حَدِيثٌ رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ غَيْرُ هَذَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ مُوَثَّقُونَ غَيْرَ شَيْخِ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ سَامٍ فَإِنِّي لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ .
Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah bin Haydah al-Qushayri (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "On every five grazing camels, zakah is due."
(Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: A hadith is reported from him which Abu Dawud recorded, and it is other than this hadith.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its narrators have been declared trustworthy, except for al-Tabarani's teacher Muhammad bin Ja'far bin Sam, for I do not know him.
