وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ لَا نُخْرِجَ الصَّدَقَةَ مِنَ الرَّقِيقِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ ضَعْفٌ .

Sayyiduna Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to order us not to pay zakah on slaves.
