بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِثُلُثِ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ زَرْعِهِ .

وَعَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ : أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ كَانَ يَبْعَثُ إِلَى أَرْضِهِ أَنْ يَفْعَلَ فِيهَا ذَلِكَ .
رَوَاهُمَا الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُمَا رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Masruq narrates: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) used to send word to his land that the same should be done with it.
