Majma al-Zawaid 4349 — The obligation of zakah
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ : لَا يَكُونُ رَجُلٌ يَكْنِزُ فَيَمَسُّ دِرْهَمٌ دِرْهَمًا وَلَا دِينَارٌ دِينَارًا ، يُوَسَّعُ جِلْدُهُ حَتَّى يُوضَعَ كُلُّ دِينَارٍ وَدِرْهَمٍ عَلَى حِدَتِهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

It is reported from him that he said: No man who hoards treasure will have a dirham touching another dirham, or a dinar touching another dinar; rather, his skin will be enlarged until every dinar and every dirham is placed on it separately.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
