وَعَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ - قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " فِي الْإِبِلِ صَدَقَتُهَا ، وَفِي الْغَنَمِ صَدَقَتُهَا ، [ وَفِي الْبَقَرِ صَدَقَتُهَا ] ، وَفَى الْبُرِّ صَدَقَتُهُ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَفِيهِ رَاوٍ لَمْ يُسَمَّ .

Sayyiduna Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "In camels their zakah is due, in goats and sheep their zakah is due, in cattle their zakah is due, and in wheat its zakah is due."
