وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ - يَعْنِي الْخُدْرِيَّ - قَالَ : إِنَّكُمْ لَتَعْمَلُونَ أَعْمَالًا - هِيَ أَدَقُّ فِي أَعْيُنِكُمْ مِنَ الشَّعْرِ - كُنَّا نَعُدُّهَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مِنَ الْمُوبِقَاتِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ عَبَّادُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ، وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَغَيْرُهُ . قُلْتُ : وَيَأْتِي لِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ طُرُقٌ فِي التَّوْبَةِ - إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ - .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ عَبَّادُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ ، وَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَغَيْرُهُ . قُلْتُ : وَيَأْتِي لِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ طُرُقٌ فِي التَّوْبَةِ - إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ - .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) says: You people do certain deeds which in your eyes are finer than a hair, yet in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) we used to count them among the deeds that bring destruction.
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains Abbad bin Rashid, whom Yahya bin Ma'in and others declared thiqah (trustworthy), while Abu Dawud and others declared him da'if (weak).
(Allamah al-Haythami says:) Various chains of this hadith will come in the chapter on repentance, in sha' Allah.
