وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : يَوَدُّ أَهْلُ الْبَلَاءِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حِينَ يُعَايِنُونَ الثَّوَابَ لَوْ أَنَّ جُلُودَهُمْ كَانَتْ تُقْرَضُ بِالْمَقَارِيضِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَفِيهِ رَجُلٌ لَمْ يُسَمَّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says: On the Day of Resurrection, when the people of trial see the reward, they will wish that their skins had been cut with scissors.
