Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 3747

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The likeness of the believer is like an ear (of crops), which sometimes bends and sometimes straightens."
Abu Ya'la recorded it. Its chain contains Fahd bin Hibban, who is da'if (weak).
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and its chain contains Ubaydullah bin Salm, the student of al-Sabiri; I do not know him. The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
