وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - رَدَّدَ آيَةً حَتَّى أَصْبَحَ .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَفِيهِ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ سَلْمٍ النَّاجِي وَلَمْ أَجِدْ مَنْ تَرْجَمَهُ .

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) kept repeating a single verse over and over until morning came.
Ahmad recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Isma'il bin Salm al-Naji; I have not found anyone who has written his biography.
