Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 3609

Sayyiduna Tamim al-Dari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever recites one hundred verses, the reward of a whole night of worship is recorded for him."
Ahmad and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir recorded it; its chain contains Sulayman bin Musa al-Shami, whom Yahya bin Ma'in and Abu Hatim declared thiqah (trustworthy). Al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) said: He has munkar (denounced) narrations; and this does not impugn him.
