Book of the Two Eids
بَابُ صَلَاةِ الْمَرْأَةِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا 3592 عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا تَأْذَنُ امْرَأَةٌ فِي بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ وَلَا تَقُومُ مِنْ فِرَاشِهَا فَتُصَلِّي تَطَوُّعًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ " .

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا تَأْذَنُ امْرَأَةٌ فِي بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ وَلَا تَقُومُ مِنْ فِرَاشِهَا فَتُصَلِّي تَطَوُّعًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "A woman should not permit (anyone) to enter her husband's house except with his permission, and she should not get up from her bed to offer a (voluntary) prayer except with his permission."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
