Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 3302

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: A man said: "O Messenger of Allah! Guide me to a deed through which Allah Almighty will benefit me." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Hold firmly to praying the two rak'ahs (sunnah) of Fajr, for there is great merit in them."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Muhammad bin al-Baylamani, who is da'if (weak).
