Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 3290

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw rain, he would supplicate: "O Allah, let it be a heavy rain, and a beneficial one."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains Ali bin Asim bin Suhayb, about whom there is criticism.
