قَالَ هُشَيْمٌ : قُلْتُ لِيَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ : هَلْ مِنْ غُسْلٍ غَيْرُ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ ؛ يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ عِيدٌ ، وَيَوْمُ فِطَرٍ وَيَوْمَ أَضْحَى ، وَيَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ وَيَوْمَ جُمُعَةٍ رَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى وَهُشَيْمٌ وَيَزِيدُ كِلَاهُمَا مِنْ أَهْلِ الصَّحِيحِ
Hushaym narrates: I said to Yazid bin Abi Ziyad: "Is a ritual bath to be taken on any day other than the day of Jumu'ah?" He replied: "Yes! The day of Arafah is a day of Eid; (a ritual bath is to be taken) on the day of Eid al-Fitr, the day of Eid al-Adha, the day of Arafah and the day of Jumu'ah."
