بَابُ وَقْتِ الْجُمُعَةِ .

Majma al-Zawaid 3115 — The time of the Friday prayer
وَعَنْ بِلَالٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُؤَذِّنُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ إِذَا كَانَ الْفَيْءُ قَدْرَ الشِّرَاكِ إِذَا قَعَدَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

It is reported about Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) that on Friday he would give the call to prayer (adhan) for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) when the shadow had become the length of a sandal strap, when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had sat down on the pulpit.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains Abd al-Rahman bin Sa'd bin Ammar, who is da'if (weak).
