وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يُعَلِّمُ النَّاسَ التَّشَهُّدَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ كَمَا يُعَلِّمُ الْمُعَلِّمُ الْغِلْمَانَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَبُو شَيْبَةَ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would teach the people (the words of) the tashahhud from the pulpit, just as a teacher teaches children.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Ishaq Abu Shaybah, who is da'if (weak).
