Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 2778

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: It is the Sunnah that a man should say in bowing three times "Subhana Rabbiyal-Azim (Glory be to my Lord, the Magnificent)," and in prostration three times "Subhana Rabbiyal-A'la (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High)."
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains al-Sari bin Isma'il, who is da'if (weak) according to the scholars of hadith.
