وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا - عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنَّهُ نَظَرَ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ فَقَالَ : " لَقَدْ شَرَّفَكِ اللَّهُ وَكَرَّمَكِ وَعَظَّمَكِ ، وَالْمُؤْمِنُ أَعْظَمُ حُرْمَةً مِنْكِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates about the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he looked at the Ka'bah and said: "Allah Almighty has granted you nobility, granted you honour and granted you greatness, yet the sanctity of the believer is greater than yours."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain mentions that it is narrated by Amr bin Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather.
