بَابٌ وَضْعِ الْيَدِ عَلَى الْأُخْرَى .

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِرَجُلٍ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي قَدْ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ الْيُسْرَى عَلَى الْيُمْنَى فَانْتَزَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى الْيُسْرَى .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a man who was praying and had placed his left hand over his right hand. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) separated them and placed the right hand over the left.
Ahmad and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the "Sahih".
