وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَتَانِي مَلَكٌ لَمْ يَنْزِلْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ قَبْلَهَا قَطُّ بِرِسَالَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّي ، فَوَضَعَ رِجْلَهُ فَوْقَ السَّمَاءِ الدُّنْيَا ، وَرِجْلَهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ يُقِلُّهَا " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ صَدَقَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ التِّنِّيسِيُّ ، وَالْأَكْثَرُ عَلَى تَضْعِيفِهِ ، وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ وَدُحَيْمٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ صَدَقَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ التِّنِّيسِيُّ ، وَالْأَكْثَرُ عَلَى تَضْعِيفِهِ ، وَقَدْ وَثَّقَهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ وَدُحَيْمٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "An angel came to me who had never before descended to the earth; he brought a message from my Lord. He placed one foot above the lowest heaven and one foot in the earth, because the earth was too small for him."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Sadaqah bin Abdullah al-Tinnisi, whom most scholars declared da'if (weak), though Yahya bin Ma'in and Duhaym declared him trustworthy.
