عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : تَعَوَّدُوا الْخَيْرَ فَإِنَّمَا الْخَيْرَ بِالْعَادَةِ ، وَحَافِظُوا عَلَى نِيَّاتِكُمْ فِي الصَّلَاةِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Make goodness your habit, for goodness comes through habit, and guard your intentions with regard to the prayer."
