عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " الِاخْتِصَارُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ اسْتِرَاحَةُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْأَزْوَرِ ، ضَعَّفَهُ الْأَزْدِيُّ وَذَكَرَ لَهُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ وَضَعَّفَهُ بِهِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْأَزْوَرِ ، ضَعَّفَهُ الْأَزْدِيُّ وَذَكَرَ لَهُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ وَضَعَّفَهُ بِهِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Placing the hands on the hips during prayer is the way the people of Hell take their rest."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Abdullah bin al-Azwar, whom al-Azdi declared da'if (weak). He mentioned this hadith in connection with him, and declared the narrator weak on account of this hadith (or the hadith weak on account of this narrator).
