بَابٌ فِيمَنْ أَدْرَكَ الرُّكُوعَ .

Majma al-Zawaid 2402 — One who catches the bowing (ruku)
عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَا : مَنْ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ الرَّكْعَةَ فَلَا يَعْتَدُّ بِالسَّجْدَةِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ مُوَثَّقُونَ .

Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) say: Whoever does not catch the bowing (ruku') is not to count the prostration.
